the lost tradition

 There are multiple things that people in china should know. The appearance of a culture is the spirit of a nation. My motherland china has lost so much things. Some of them even were regarded as quintessence long times ago. Traditional Chinese people think the way to measure a people is from their clothing, food , living place and their way to transport. Clothing is the most important thing to an ancient Chinese people. A person could even be killed even because wearing a yellow colored dress. Also how to wear properly is also a vital matter. However, our people become careless about our traditional clothing recently. People could even be laugh just because wearing our traditional clothing” Hanfu”--the clothing style from Han dynasty.
 In those old days, people pays more attention on their looking. Because the clothing shows the true social position of each people. Such as a emperor should wear yellow and gold. But any one including the prince who wear gold and yellow will be seen as a rebel action. Every rebel action will cause a serious consequence such as execute ,exile. So everyone need to be careful to their dresses. Thanks to this culture, Chinese clothing becomes diverse and colorful. Multiple kinds of elaborate accessories and complicate decorative figure which used to show the social position of a people, makes those clothing a kind of fabulous art work.How to wear those cloth is also vital. On the one hand you can not even put those clothing on your body if you are trying to wear them in wrong way, on the other hand, it is impolite to other people to wear those clothing in wrong way.
 Why those dress has gone from people`s sight? In Japan, you can see people wearing kimono-- the traditional japan clothing every festival. Because japan the nation has give much more attention on preserving the traditional things such as clothing, food , temple. Because they know the soul of a nation is in those material and immaterial things. But china , this historical nation. Has nothing to do with preserving this kind of material heritage. The consequence is, nowadays Chinese new generations do not accept the traditional Chinese dressing and regard them as a “strange custom”.
 World war II, china has been suffer so much from the war. Neither the people or the nation have spear time to care about the history. But this idea is wrong, a nation without soul cannot least. So now some of the Chinese artist and teacher are urging people to dress ,or at least do not laugh at those people who dress in the traditional suits. It called “Han Chinese clothing Renaissance Movement” .
 From my perspective of view, even i approve this movement personally. In fact there is no need for this movement at all. Because what we lost in the war can not be rebuilt so easily. We need a completely rebuilt in our nation soul, from the food ,the book, the way of life... All of them need to be recovered. Han clothing is just a begging of all the change. All the trying to make our nation become stronger and more cohesion.
